Subculture:seed out at ca. 0.5-1.0 x 10⁶ cells/80 cm²; optimal split ratio 1:5 to 1:20 every 3-5 days using trypsin-EDTA
Incubation:at 37 °C, no exposure to CO₂ (keep lid of flask closed)
Doubling time:ca. 25-30 hours
Harvest:cell harvest of ca. 10-20 x 10⁶ cells/80 cm²

Storage:frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
